Drivers and Patches
USB Drivers are one of the must-have tools to be installed on your PC or Mac. Because of that, your mobile device interacts with your PC.These work as Bridge between your Phone and your computer. The USB drivers help us to connect our phone to the computer and perform tasks like transferring data, syncing your device with a PC.
If your USB device does not work the most likely problem is missing or outdated drivers. When you plug the device into your USB, Windows will look for the associated driver, if it cannot find this driver then you will be prompted to insert the driver disc that came with your device. The driver will identify in device manager as 'USB Audio Class 2 Device.' This name will be overwritten with a USB Product string, if it is available. The driver is automatically enabled when a compatible device is attached to the system.

*NOTE: When the Operating System is installed/imaged, it configures to match the type of BIOS that is currently installed (Legacy or EUFI).
If the BIOS is updated, it is highly recommended to update using the matching BIOS type.
If the BIOS type does not match the Operating System configuration, the terminal will not boot to the OS. It will either

a) Boot to a different boot device or
b) Display a message that no boot devices were found
If one of the above options occurs, download and reflash with the correct type of BIOS to match the installed OS.
