To the C: WINNT SYSTEM32 DRIVERS directory, and the EN1208.INF file from A: WIN2000 to the C: WINNT INF directory, and rename it to OEM?INF. When Windows prompts with 'Accton EN1208 PCI Ethernet Adapter' in the 'Add New Hardware Wizard' dialog box, click the 'Finsh' button. Remove the Accton EN1208 Driver Diskette from your floppy.
